Mixed Review Between The Two Groups!!!
In this show, the Temptations, who usually play first, came out first and were really good. They had the crowd really going and into the music big time. The Tops usually close the show with the Temptations in a sort of Dueling Banjos kind of thing that was really awesome, but that did not happen in this show. Each group had one of the originals still there, which was pretty cool. I have seen them two or three times before. Before the Tops would come back out, there was a 15-minute intermission, and then Katy Nichole came out. They were all over the stage individually and not in sync with their movements like you would expect. The guys could sing well, but half the songs they sang were not theirs. In the middle of their time, the original guy sat down on a stool for twenty minutes and just talked about the three that were not there anymore. It was a show killer. Over a hundred and fifty couples got up and walked out between then and the end of the show. It was a real letdown after the Temptations did so well. If it were not for my date having never seen them before, I would have left early also.
